Berlin, November 19, 2025: Quirin Privatbank AG has selected the all-in-one platform “Leno” and is introducing the modules Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Information Security & Resilience (ISR). With this step, the bank is strengthening its outsourcing management, optimizing its GRC processes (Governance, Risk & Compliance), and consistently digitizing the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
“With Leno, we are creating the foundation for a modern, digitally connected, and AI-powered outsourcing, contract, and information security management system – including business continuity management and an integrated information register,” says Michel Danzke, Head of Business Management Retail Banking & Organization, Process and Outsourcing Management at Quirin Privatbank AG. “The Leno platform enables us to manage risks, contracts, and information security requirements in a fully integrated way – efficiently, transparently, and with long-term resilience.”
Leno stands out for the seamless interplay of its modules: the combination of TPRM, CLM, ISR, and the information register creates a unified and consistent data foundation. Powered by artificial intelligence, the platform automatically identifies ICT services, analyzes contracts, and assesses risks. This allows Leno to detect dependencies in real time, accelerate compliance processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
“We greatly appreciate the trust placed in us by Quirin Privatbank AG,” says Hussam Greg, Managing Director of LeanMind GmbH. “The decision to adopt our DORA platform demonstrates that innovative financial institutions aim not only to meet regulatory requirements, but to actively invest in a smart, fully integrated solution for digital resilience.”
